Trained as a nutritionist, Heather’s focus over the last 15 years has been the promotion of health via education of health professionals, development of consumer information programmes and materials, product marketing and public relations.

She is currently an active member of Nutrition Australia, a non government body with the aim of promoting scientific based nutrition information to consumers and health professionals.
